Meets

A complimentary meets list is maintained alongside hut bookings. Meets can be based at your club hut, or huts, or can just as easily be located at any other location. Basing a meet at a hut allows yet more automation by ensuring bed spaces are managed and your meet attendees have a bed to sleep in! 🙂

Meets may be shown in a stand alone table as illustrated below, or shown as a sidebar on any other page of you website.

There are several ways to show meets for a given year, this year, only those meets yet to occur, etc.

Plus every meet may have a two optional linked pages on your website – a page to outline and promote the meet itself (perhaps giving contact details for the meet co-ordinator etc.) and a page to provide a meet report for people to find out what they missed! 😉 These are great ways to respectively sell and share the meet with the world (or just your members).
